From 7:00am to 7:00pm on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays for the period between 3.12.2022 and 15.1.2023, the Transport Department will implement special traffic arrangements on the section of Tai Tong Shan Road between the Pavilion and Tai Tong Shan Road Car Park.

Actual implementation of road closure, traffic diversion and traffic control measures will be made by Police officers on site at the time depending on the traffic and crowd situation. The above-mentioned measures may affect people going to Tai Lam Country Park. Members of the public are advised to use public transport and watch out to the latest traffic and transport information announced by the Transport Department and the Police.

Weathering and erosion are found on the rocks at a section of footpath between Sam A Tsuen and Sam A Chung. Please be careful when passing through the footpath on the rocks.

2013-03-15 Lantau

Farmland rehabilitation within private lots in Yi O Kau Tsuen and Yi O San Tsuen is in progress, the land owners do not allow unauthorized access to those villages. The affected sections of Lantau Trail Section 7 passing through those villages will be diverted. Visitors who wish to come and go to Fan Lau, Kau Ling Chung or Tai O are advised to choose alternative routes as shown on the maps at scene.
